Full Stack Engineer/Full Stack Developer

NORTHOSPITAL NH is hiring a Full Stack Engineer / Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end systems. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, high-performing applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user experiences and business solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications and software solutions

Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern web technologies

Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, databases, and server-side applications

Collaborate with product managers, designers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver project requirements

Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues

Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions

Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability

Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and external systems when required

Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and development operations activities

Maintain technical documentation and development standards

Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development trends

Preferred

Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

Qualifications

Experience in full stack development, software engineering, or web application development

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks

Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP, Go, Ruby, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integration concepts

Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or Redis

Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and collaborative development workflows

Knowledge of software architecture, security best practices, and application performance optimization

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
