Temporary Data Analyst

Whitman is recruiting for an unnamed nonprofit accreditation organization. The temporary Data Analyst will verify and analyze data, finalize reports, and support document and file management.

Responsibilities

Compare data on spreadsheets to data submitted on PDF documents, identifying discrepancies

Use complex MS Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables, to receive and analyze respondent data

Send login and password information to members and organizations

Aggregate reports and map data

Combine, edit, and convert files to PDF format and ensure consistent formatting across documents

Rename files according to specific syntax
