Full-Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

Design and implement web applications and interfaces that make GAI tools accessible and effective for users across the firm

Develop and maintain APIs and backend services that power GAI applications and integrate with internal systems

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into high-quality, user-centric solutions

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and architecture through deployment and ongoing improvement

Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and team initiatives to enhance engineering practices and product quality

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Proficiency in building web applications, including experience with modern UI frameworks and front-end technologies

Experience designing and developing APIs and backend services in a production environment

Interest in generative AI technologies and a collaborative, pragmatic approach to problem-solving

Excellent communication, self-management, and organizational skills with a client-service mindset and the ability to build successful relationships within the department and across the firm
