Software Engineer

AI Talent Hunt Cloud is hiring a Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain software applications and services. The role focuses on back-end features and APIs, troubleshooting and performance optimization, and collaboration with product, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will work on-site in Stamford, NY in a full-time capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain software applications and services

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing back-end features and APIs, writing clean and efficient code, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and reliability

The role involves troubleshooting and debugging issues, optimizing system performance, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation

The Software Engineer will also work closely with product and operations teams to refine requirements, support deployment processes, and ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in one or more modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript)

Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building APIs, working with databases, and integrating services

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and related design patterns

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows

Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial
