Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI

Utilize SQL and DAX to prepare, model, and analyze data from the enterprise data warehouse

Generate recurring and ad hoc reports that support business operations and decision-making

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within complex datasets

Troubleshoot reporting environments, databases, and reporting-related issues

Collaborate with leadership and business partners to prioritize reporting and information needs

Provide support for reporting-related user requests and resolve data issues in a timely manner

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of organizational data

Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred

Previous experience as a Data Analyst within the ****healthcare industry****

Experience with ****Python**** and ****DAX****

Moderate to advanced ****Microsoft Excel**** skills

Experience presenting findings and creating data visualizations for business stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Strong experience with ****Power BI**** and ****SQL****

Experience working with large datasets and relational databases

Ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
