The company is seeking a Data Engineer to support on-site operations in Huntsville, developing and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes, and machine learning data solutions using technologies such as Python, Java, Scala, AWS, Spark, and NiFi.

Responsibilities

Data engineer building and tuning AWS ETL pipelines, Spark data processing, and machine-learning evaluation systems

Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP)

knowledge of statistical techniques to evaluate performance of ML models

Experience using git and GitLab for CI/CD

Perl, PL/SQL

Familiar with Postgres

ETL experience, Spark, NiFi, Linux, data pipelines (development, optimization, & tuning)

Must be a U.S. Citizen

An active DoD **Top Secret** clearance **with SCI eligibility** is required to perform this work

Candidates are required to have an active **Top Secret** clearance **with SCI eligibility** upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment

BS or B.A. Degree

Knowledge of statistical techniques to evaluate performance of ML models
