Job description
Sentara Health is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support Sales Operations. The role improves business processes, analyzes system and reporting needs, and connects business stakeholders with IT while supporting requirements gathering, troubleshooting, testing, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Gather, document, and communicate business requirements for system enhancements and issue resolution
Investigate and troubleshoot Salesforce-related business process and data issues
Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements
Create, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to support business operations and performance tracking
Monitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams

Experience supporting Salesforce users and business processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills
Experience creating reports and dashboards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
5+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems support, or related roles.
