Sr. Analytics Consultant I

ConnectiveRx is hiring a Senior Analytics Consultant I to lead complex analytics projects, develop reliable reporting and strategic recommendations, and advise clients and internal teams. The role also presents insights to senior stakeholders, manages project priorities, and mentors analytics team members.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of advanced visual insights and reports for executive presentations and client deliverables

Analyze, interpret, and validate large, complex datasets to ensure data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and reliability

Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies, discrepancies, and unexpected trends through rigorous root-cause analysis

Develop and maintain data quality checks, validation processes, and analytical best practices to ensure confidence in reporting and recommendations

Lead presentations and discussions with clients and business leaders, translating technical findings into actionable business recommendations

Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and business priorities

Anticipate and resolve issues effectively

Mentor junior and intermediate team members, providing advanced training sessions and fostering collaboration

Contribute to data strategy discussions and the development of key performance metrics

Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, analytical methodologies, and business outcomes

Preferred

A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred

+ 5-8 + years of experience in analytics, consulting, or related fields, with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver impactful insights

Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry strongly preferred

Looker ( Preferred)

Statistics (Preferred) Apply statistical methods (e.g., correlation analysis, variance analysis) to interpret trends and identify actionable insights

Python (Plus): Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or advanced analytics is a plus

Qualifications

3-5+ years of client-facing experience, including presenting findings, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering actionable business recommendations

Proven experience working with large, complex datasets, including data validation, data quality assessments, root-cause analysis, and anomaly detection

Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Apply deep knowledge of the healthcare and affordability industry to contextualize analytics and provide tailored insights

Project Management methodologies

SQL (Required): Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries to handle complex data manipulation and reporting tasks

BI Tool (Required): Create interactive, high-quality dashboards that enable deeper insights for internal stakeholders and clients

Data Visualization (Required): Lead the development of clear, visually compelling insights for executive presentations and client deliverables

Communication (Required): Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences

Communication (Oral & Written): Ability to listen actively and communicate key issues respectfully. Understand the need to share only relevant information. Ability to adapt to different audiences, ensuring that the message is clearly articulated

Technical Knowledge: Uses the technical knowledge and abilities required in the specialist and professional job function to carry out the desired outcomes
