Job description
Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst to support a client in New York, NY. The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, improving business processes, coordinating testing, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and business process discovery activities
Analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Develop current-state and future-state process flows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to support solution design and delivery
Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and obtain business sign-offs
Support transformation and modernization initiatives by ensuring requirements are traceable, validated, and aligned with business objectives
Preferred

Preferably within banking or financial services
