Product Manager - Population Health

Innovaccer is a healthcare technology company that provides a Population Health platform for healthcare organizations. The Product Manager will own assigned Atlas capabilities from discovery through delivery and adoption, partnering with cross-functional teams and customers to develop scalable product experiences. The role focuses on applying AI, analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery for assigned Atlas (Health platform) capabilities

Engage customers and healthcare stakeholders to understand workflows, identify pain points, and validate solutions

Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Clinical teams to build scalable, intuitive product experiences

Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes

Use product analytics and customer feedback to improve adoption, engagement, usability, and customer value

Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to support launches, implementations, and customer adoption

Qualifications

2–4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology

Experience in population health, value-based care, care management, quality, risk, ACO/CIN, payer, or provider workflows

Strong experience in product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap development, and working with Engineering and Design teams

Ability to translate complex customer and healthcare problems into simple, scalable product experiences

Strong analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and driving outcomes without direct authority

2–4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
