Qualifications
7+ years in controllership, management accounting, and accounting operations
Direct, hands-on experience in budget development, actual-versus-plan analysis, management reporting, recordkeeping design, accounting operations, review, and continuous improvement
Experience making or influencing decisions related to budget assumptions, variance significance, management actions, reporting design, close and recordkeeping controls, staffing, and process-change priorities
Familiarity with tools such as: ERP and general-ledger systems, planning and budgeting platforms, BI tools, spreadsheets, close-management systems, workflow tools, and document management
Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
Experience working in a relevant cross-functional environment
