Job description
Responsibilities
Produce and review consulting deliverables such as M&A and investment cases, post-merger integration plans, and strategic recommendations backed by quantitative analysis
Synthesize messy inputs like data rooms and due-diligence reports into clear, structured, well-reasoned cases, weighing credible sources accurately
Deliver client-ready work products, including memos, models, and recommendations with explicit assumptions, risks, and conditions
Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance
