Job description
Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. The company is seeking an SEO and organic growth specialist to design realistic evaluation tasks, assess AI agent performance, and orchestrate multi-step work across growth tools and data sources.
Responsibilities
Design task briefs from real organic growth work, identifying issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make
Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution
Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones
Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards
Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize tasks, plan, execute, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools
Preferred
Experience building AI training environments , RL environments , or simulated case studies
Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification
