Job description
Responsibilities
Conduct discovery of current business processes, SharePoint sites, forms, workflows, integrations, permissions, and data sources
Capture current-state and future-state workflows, business requirements, use cases, and user stories
Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix linking requirements to design, testing, and acceptance evidence
Identify active, inactive, obsolete, redundant, and retirement-candidate functionality for GDOT review and approval
Support validation of inventory findings, material variances, dependencies, technical limitations, and data-quality risks
Work with GDOT SMEs and technical teams to clarify requirements and document decisions
Support UAT planning, test-case development, defect triage, and acceptance activities
Help define training, documentation, and operational-handoff requirements
