Clinical Data Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

30% Clinical Data Review & Troubleshooting: Review healthcare data and investigate HL7/FHIR issues and discrepancies

20% Data Quality & Analysis: Analyze data for accuracy, completeness and consistency and identify improvement opportunities

25% Problem Resolution: Identify root causes and coordinate corrections and improvements

15% Collaboration: Work with customers, EMR/HIT vendors and internal teams to investigate issues and implement solutions

10% Documentation & Data Tools: Document findings and processes and use tools such as SQL and Tableau to support analysis

Preferred

2+ years of professional experience working with clinical data preferred

Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCD/CCD-A, and terminology standards preferred

Associate degree or higher in HIT, Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience and certifications will be considered
