Altium Designer Specialist - Remote

YO AI Labs is engaging Altium Designer Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows in Altium Designer. The role involves carrying out PCB design workflows, recording and explaining the work, creating prompts and rubrics, and reviewing outputs for accuracy.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Altium Designer using practical PCB design experience

Navigate Altium Designer features related to schematic design, PCB layout, component placement, routing, and design validation

Create, edit, review, and validate PCB designs and schematics based on provided workflow instructions

Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken

Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows

Document workflow steps and clearly explain the Altium Designer tools, features, and design decisions used

Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines

Work independently while following project instructions and quality standards

Preferred

Strong hands-on experience using **Altium Designer** in professional or project-based environments

Experience with PCB design, schematic capture, layout, routing, and design validation

Prior experience with AI data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar Human Data projects

Current access to Altium Designer and the ability to use the application independently

Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain technical workflows and design decisions
