Job description
Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. The company is seeking a Marketing Expert specializing in Content Marketing and AI Agent Environments to design realistic marketing tasks, evaluate AI-generated work, and improve AI model performance and training data quality.
Responsibilities
Design task briefs based on real content marketing experience. Specify planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should reach
Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task versions
Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones
Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standards
Evaluate AI-generated content to improve model outputs and elevate training data quality
Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance
Preferred
Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies
Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification
