Job description
Responsibilities
Confirm the accuracy of posted entries, reconciliations, or close steps in the ledger
Catch entries posted to incorrect periods, accounts, subsidiaries, or currencies
Judge completeness by ensuring all related transactions are accounted for
Distinguish between system allowances and accountant approvals to flag policy breaches
Verify that requests lacking approval or existing records are appropriately refused
Preferred
CPA (active or inactive) preferred
a degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent controller-level experience
Prior data annotation, labeling, or AI evaluation experience is a plus

Qualifications
Frequent NetSuite use - weekly or more - for accounting work in your current or recent role
3+ years of professional accounting experience, including month-end close
Ability to spot misposted entries, unreconciled variances, or cutoff errors on sight
Strong working knowledge in at least 2–3 specialized areas listed
Hands-on experience as a NetSuite user or administrator
CPA (active or inactive) preferred
A degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent controller-level experience
Prior data annotation, labeling, or AI evaluation experience is a plus
3+ years of professional accounting experience, including month-end close.
