Job description
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from Help Desk Technicians
Maintain inventory of all hardware and software
Maintain compliance with software licensing requirements
Assist with deploying and troubleshooting Communication Technologies (Phone * System, Cell Phones, etc.)
Administer Office 365 (Office Applications, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
Perform Server and Network maintenance as directed
Coordinate user hardware or software deployment
Occasional after-hours or weekend hours required
