Job description
Responsibilities
Build and review deliverables such as PnL and mark-to-market reconciliations, vendor/AP payment reconciliations, and integrated 3-statement and pro-forma models
Reason from primary sources like term sheets and trial balances to separate material information from distractors
Write clear, CFO/partner-ready narratives explaining assumptions, variances, and recommendations
Evaluate AI-generated finance outputs against professional standards
Collaborate asynchronously and work independently to meet deadlines
Preferred
CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
Experience with ASC 805 & 606
