Job description
The company is hiring an IT Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications, and supporting system testing, training, and deployment.
Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams
Support testing, training, and deployment of new systems or enhancements
Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle
Preferred
Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or SAFE certification is a plus
