Senior Implementation Consultant

Solovis provides portfolio management and analytics technology for institutional investors. The Senior Implementation Consultant owns client relationships throughout implementation, coordinates project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and guides clients on portfolio analytics, reporting, and platform configuration. The role also mentors Implementation Associates.

Responsibilities

Own the client relationship, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the implementation

Work in consultation with the project manager on your engagements to, coordinating scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables across the client and internal team. Provide coaching and mentorship to Implementation Associates

Coach clients through complex topics, providing guidance on portfolio analytics, reporting, and platform configuration decisions

3-5 years of relevant experience

Strong Excel skills

Preferably in FinTech serving institutional investors
