Job description

Workday is seeking a Contract Change Impact Analyst for its enterprise Go-To-Market transformation program. The role assesses and documents role-level impacts of Salesforce-driven process and operating-model changes, and provides analysis and materials to support training, communications, readiness, and adoption planning.

Responsibilities

Conduct role-level change impact assessments documenting how the transformation affects job roles, processes, tools, decision rights, and performance measures across all impacted functions

Partner with Salesforce solution architects, process owners, business analysts, and functional change managers to translate design decisions, user stories, and process flows into plain-language, role-specific impacts

Build and maintain the change impact repository, rating each impact by type, severity, audience size, and timing aligned to go-live waves

Map impacts across the full Campaign-to-Cash lifecycle — including lead management, opportunity and pipeline management, quoting and pricing, order booking, billing, and revenue recognition — to surface cross-functional handoffs and downstream effects

Identify and flag high-impact roles, groups, and geographies to inform change strategy, training scope, and go-live sequencing

Update impact assessments continuously as scope, design, and release plans evolve, and communicate material changes to the broader program team

Synthesize findings into concise summaries, heat maps, and dashboards for program leadership and workstream leads

Translate validated impacts into inputs for training needs analysis, communications plans, and adoption plans

Draft targeted change materials including role-based "what's changing for me" summaries, FAQs, and job aids aligned to program strategy and branding

Manage version control and distribution of approved change materials

Maintain and update the stakeholder register as impacts identify new affected groups and stakeholders

Coordinate and support impact validation sessions, interviews, focus groups, and town halls with business leaders and end users

Summarize stakeholder feedback and sentiment to inform adjustments to change strategy

Collect, organize, and report on readiness and adoption data including survey results, training completion rates, and post-launch Salesforce usage metrics

Assist in designing and administering readiness surveys and pulse checks, linking results back to identified impacts

Contribute to regular change readiness reporting for program leadership
