Responsibilities
Lead the clinical delivery of large global clinical trials from startup through closeout
Drive patient recruitment and retention strategies to meet enrollment goals
Identify, assess, and mitigate clinical and operational risks
Oversee clinical quality, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and study protocols
Partner with project leadership to manage timelines, budgets, and resource planning
Build, mentor, and guide clinical teams to deliver exceptional results
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures
Support proposal development, bid defenses, and strategic planning activities
Preferred
Sr CTM Requirements: 7+ years of clinical research experience, including monitoring and clinical trial leadership

Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field
CTM II Requirements: 5+ years of clinical research experienced, including monitoring and clinical trial leadership
Strong knowledge of clinical operations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and global regulatory requirements
Experience leading complex, multi-country studies and cross-functional teams
Understanding of project management principles and clinical trial financial oversight
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to influence, mentor, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Sr CTM Requirements: 7+ years of clinical research experience, including monitoring and clinical trial leadership
