Responsibilities
Lead organizational change management activities supporting complex healthcare, technology, and business transformation initiatives
Partner with business and technical leaders to assess change impacts and develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies
Facilitate change readiness assessments, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify risks, barriers, and opportunities
Analyze business processes and organizational impacts, providing recommendations that support successful transformation outcomes
Measure and monitor change adoption through readiness assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
Mentor teams on change management best practices and develop mitigation strategies to drive sustainable organizational change
Preferred
Healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, or Government Program experience preferred

Qualifications
9+ years of Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Consulting, or Transformation experience
Proven experience Leading Organizational Change Initiatives for Technology Implementations, Process Improvements, and Business Transformation Programs, and Writing OCM Plans
Strong knowledge of Change Management Fameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar) with expertise in Stakeholder Engagement, Impact Assessments, and Change Readiness Activities
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills with the ability to Translate Complex Technical and Business Information into Actionable Insights
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and lead cross-functional teams
Healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, or Government Program experience preferred
9+ years of Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Consulting, or Transformation experience.
