Job description
AEC Resources is recruiting for an established multidisciplinary engineering firm seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer. The role leads electrical design and project delivery for building projects, guides project teams, manages client relationships, and helps grow the electrical engineering practice.
Responsibilities
Lead electrical engineering design and project delivery for building projects
Manage electrical project teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight
Oversee project schedules, deliverables, quality, and client expectations
Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines throughout project execution
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) License

Qualifications
Approximately 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in building systems
EITs approaching licensure may be considered
Experience leading engineering teams, projects, or technical design efforts
Strong understanding of electrical engineering design and construction documentation
Proficiency with Revit and familiarity with AutoCAD
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
