Project Manager II

Jamf develops Apple device management and security solutions for organizations. The Project Manager II coordinates customer-facing and internal projects across the Jamf portfolio, managing scope, timelines, stakeholders, risks, resources, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the alignment, coordination, and communication of projects including releases, integrations, and migrations, rollout of new tooling, and other projects as needed to support the Jamf portfolio

Drive and coordinate tasks/ dependencies/ roadblocks across the Jamf portfolio

Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress

Independently conduct project intake and requirements sessions in order to define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

Own changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs with a communication plan to stakeholders

Assist with facilitating stakeholder alignment/status meetings & portfolio communication

Escalate issues/risks/decisions to management

As change occurs, new issues arise or scope increases: + Gather and communicate dependencies/impacts. + Facilitate trade-off conversations with stakeholders and project teams

Coordinate change control for changes within our tooling across the Jamf Portfolio

Create weekly centralized dashboards to communicate issues/risks/stats

Support an organizational culture that fosters quality, collaboration, high morale, and productivity

Ensure resource availability and assist with coordination of resources

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and internal stakeholders pertaining to scope, timeline, or resources

Be an active member of the PMO team by attending trainings and team meetings, and support other team members as needed

Provide mentorship to other Project Managers

Preferred

Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence

Scrum and/or agile training

Working knowledge of Aha!, Domo, Salesforce, Monday.com

Working knowledge of ServiceNow SPM and/or other Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tools

Experience managing external vendor relationships

4 year / bachelor's degree

PMP, PRINCE II PMP, CAPM or equivalent certification

A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of project management experience

Self-starter with excellent business/financial acumen

High School Diploma / GED equivalent

Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence

Scrum and/or agile training

Working knowledge of ServiceNow SPM and/or other Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
