Preferred

84 months eliciting and analyzing business needs and converting them into functional and non-functional requirements
84 months creating requirements artifacts such as context diagrams, use cases, swim lanes, wireframes, and report specifications
60 months creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
60 months with requirements management, including traceability, baselines, and change control
24 months with Salesforce OmniStudio and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or Developer certification
CBAP certification
Experience with Jira and/or Scrum
Public sector experience
