70% PM responsibilities, 30% Scrum Master responsibilities
Strong delivery ownership and execution

Data Strategy experience
Experience creating, supporting, or managing reporting and analytics solutions
Understanding of KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and business reporting needs
Experience supporting or leading data strategy, data governance, or data transformation initiatives
