Sr. OCM Consultant

Centric Consulting is hiring a Senior OCM Consultant to lead change management across transformation and integration initiatives. The role adapts change strategies and communications, assesses stakeholder readiness, and supports training, adoption, and transitions throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute change management activities across multiple transformation and integration initiatives

Adapt global change strategies and communications for regional and functional audiences

Partner with project leaders and stakeholders to assess change impacts, risks, and readiness

Develop clear, engaging communications that build awareness, understanding, and adoption

Identify training and enablement needs and support development of appropriate materials and activities

Engage leaders and key stakeholders to build alignment and reinforce change

Support employee readiness, adoption, and transition throughout the project lifecycle

Complete required change management documentation and project deliverables

Support knowledge transfer, onboarding, and culture-building initiatives as needed

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), change leadership, or a related field

Experience developing and executing change, communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Supporting complex business or technology transformation initiatives

Experience supporting global or geographically dispersed organizations
