Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day coordination and administration of clinical research studies
Screen, recruit, and schedule study participants according to protocol requirements
Obtain and review participant medical histories and study-related documentation
Collect, process, and accurately enter clinical data into electronic data capture (EDC) systems
Maintain study files, regulatory binders, and essential research documents
Assist with informed consent processes and participant education under supervision
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and institutional policies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Public Health, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field preferred

Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare, laboratory, or patient-facing environments
Previous experience supporting clinical trials or research studies
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPAA, and FDA regulations
Experience with EDC systems such as Medidata Rave, REDCap, Veeva, or Oracle Clinical
Experience in academic medical centers, CROs, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced research setting
Experience working with confidential patient information
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Public Health, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field preferred
Required skills
