Full Stack Engineer II

Hader Solutions is hiring a Full Stack Engineer II to develop and maintain web applications, work with data platforms, and support business intelligence tools. The role also includes building AI features, managing deployments, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components using technologies like React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET

Build and consume APIs (RESTful/GraphQL) and integrate with internal/external data sources

Create and optimize data pipelines in Databricks with PySpark, SQL, supporting ETL/ELT processes, and performing data analysis for insights

Build AI features, including LLM-powered functionalities, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines; collaborate with data scientists

Manage CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps, oversee deployment, monitor application health, and troubleshoot issues

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and communicate findings effectively

Participate in code reviews, uphold best practices, write technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers

Preferred

Data warehousing, Python data analysis, dashboard creation, and hybrid engineering/analytics experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's in CS, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

2+ years in full stack development with experience in Databricks, Azure DevOps, and cloud services

Strong SQL skills, experience with relational/NoSQL databases, and proficiency in frontend and backend technologies

Excellent communication skills, familiarity with Agile workflows, and problem-solving abilities

Technical versatility, analytical thinking, effective communication, and ownership mindset

Data warehousing, Python data analysis, dashboard creation, and hybrid engineering/analytics experience

2+ years in full stack development with experience in Databricks, Azure DevOps, and cloud services.
