Job description

Loenbro is a construction lifecycle partner providing infrastructure-related services across the United States. The Full Stack Software Engineer designs, builds, and maintains software platforms and applications that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and support data-driven decision-making. The role collaborates with operations, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and practical full-stack solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain full-stack software applications and platforms — from frontend interfaces to backend services, APIs, and data layers — that improve business and operational performance

Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and data integrations using modern frameworks and enterprise technologies, incorporating large language models (LLMs) or AI capabilities where they add clear business value

Architect and maintain integrations with core enterprise systems (ERP, HR, payroll) to support downstream platform and reporting initiatives

Contribute to evolving internal engineering processes for AI-assisted development that govern how AI coding agents are utilized for production systems

Create user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools that enable adoption of new platforms and systems across technical and non-technical teams

Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/LLM tooling, and contribute to Loenbro's long-term platform architecture, engineering standards, and technology roadmap

Preferred

· Experience building and deploying LLM-based or AI-powered applications, agents, or agentic workflows in production

· Experience with mobile app development, including React Native and Expo

· Experience with enterprise data architecture or ERP
