Full Stack Engineer II

TSP Talent is seeking a Full Stack Engineer II to develop and maintain web applications, work with data platforms, and support business intelligence tools. The role also involves building AI features, managing CI/CD processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and insights.

Responsibilities

Design and build front-end and back-end components, develop APIs, write maintainable code, and troubleshoot issues

Support data pipelines and perform data analysis using Databricks, PySpark, and SQL to inform business decisions

Build AI features, integrate RAG pipelines, and leverage AI tools for development

Manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, monitor application health, and automate deployments

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and present insights effectively

Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

Bachelor's in a related field or equivalent experience

2+ years of full stack development

experience with Databricks, Azure DevOps, and cloud services

Strong SQL, frontend (React, Angular, Vue), and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) skills

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
