Jr. Network Engineer

Responsibilities

Support the administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless networks, firewalls, and VPN technologies

Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and network access controls

Collaborate with network, systems, security, and support teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues across Windows and Linux environments

Assist with network upgrades, implementations, migrations, and security initiatives while maintaining accurate technical documentation and network diagrams

Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and ongoing performance monitoring to ensure a secure, stable, and reliable network environment

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in network support, IT infrastructure, NOC, help desk, or systems administration

CCNA-level networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls

Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments with a basic understanding of cybersecurity principles

Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively within a team-focused culture

Ability to work in the U.S

CCNA, Network+, Security+, or networking experience is a plus

2+ years of experience in network support, IT infrastructure, NOC, help desk, or systems administration.
