Software Engineer

T-Mobile is hiring a Software Engineer to design, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions for customer requirements and highly available environments. The role develops full-stack, retail-facing applications and contributes to technical documentation, strategy, and system improvements.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on retail-facing systems

Build and maintain back-end retail applications using Java, including RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and integration with enterprise systems

Develop responsive, modern front-end experiences using JavaScript frameworks including React, React Native, and AngularDevelop software solutions that support engineering projects and meet customer requirements

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn new technologies

Create clear documentation for software code, system designs, and business requirements

Contribute to technology strategy by understanding current technologies and supporting business goals

Present innovative ideas to improve systems, processes, or services based on industry research

Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
