AI Engineer

T-Mobile is hiring AI Engineers to build and govern enterprise AI capabilities, including models, platforms, and agents. The role focuses on developing RAG pipelines and AI solutions for customer service and operational workflows, while helping integrate AI safely and effectively across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to ground AI responses in enterprise knowledge sources

Develop AI models to enhance customer service automation capabilities with measurable improvements

Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize AI system performance effectively

Create AI tools that support integration of AI-driven improvements into operational frameworks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and functionality of AI systems

Design AI systems that improve interaction capabilities within complex service workflows

Contribute to strategic AI initiatives that advance organizational goals of customer satisfaction and efficiency

Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Certified Analytics Professional (CAP): Certification that validates an individual's expertise in data analytics processes, including the ability to model and interpret complex data

Machine Learning Certification: Certification demonstrating proficiency in machine learning techniques and applications, relevant for developing AI models

Certified Data Scientist (CDS): Certification that endorses skills in data science and its application in AI modeling, crucial for enhancing AI-driven customer service solutions
