Full Stack Developer

Digital Mass is a Salesforce consulting firm focused on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot. The Full Stack Developer will support client projects by developing Salesforce custom components, designing and testing technical solutions, documenting system deficiencies, and collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities

Program, test and debug features on company projects as assigned; projects will focus on programming Salesforce.com custom components

Expand your knowledge of technical and functional design requirements

Design, code, test and document technical solutions

Demonstrate an ability to cooperate with a variety of people

Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions

Elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors

Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently delivering high-quality services

Prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Preferred

Hands on Salesforce experience in a professional environment

Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies

Proven ability to solve challenging problems and manage context switching

2-4 years of experience with:

Object-oriented programming language experience (such as Java, C#, etc.)

Database manipulation with a strong understanding of SQL

Experience developing using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, NextJS, jQuery, Salesforce Lightning Experience, etc.)

Experience with front end development tooling including HTML and CSS

Excellent communication abilities
