Associate Network Engineer

WellSky is hiring an Associate Network Engineer to support its network infrastructure. The role involves designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems, collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, documenting configurations, and supporting client VPN installations.

Responsibilities

Consult with senior engineers to design and implement network solutions that meet business needs and security standards

Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment while monitoring network performance to quickly identify and resolve issues and minimize downtime

Complete accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures

Resolve network-related initiatives and issues with cross-functional teams

Work with clients on virtual private network (VPN) installations and troubleshooting

Perform other job duties as assigned
