Python Engineer

Aditi Consulting is hiring a Python Engineer to support subscription consumer marketing initiatives through technical infrastructure for acquisition and retention campaigns. The role develops campaign links, audience data integrations, conversion tracking, targeted marketing support, and growth experiments in collaboration with marketing and engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain deep links for paid campaigns, influencer attribution, referrals, and off-platform channels

Construct custom audience data tables from cross-app user behavioral metrics and integrate with advertising platform infrastructure

Implement and maintain conversion tracking mechanisms within user onboarding flows

Support targeted marketing email initiatives by mapping user behavioral signals into defined audience parameters

Execute end-to-end growth and promotional experimentation

Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.

Qualifications

Expertise in developing and managing campaign links across web and mobile applications

Proficiency in constructing audience segmentation tables from complex behavioral datasets using SQL and data pipelines

Proficiency with conversion pixels, custom audience integrations, and campaign tracking architectures

Demonstrated skill in Python alongside Hack/PHP, Java, or JavaScript

Experience in designing, executing, and evaluating growth experiments
