Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack Developer will build and enhance custom web-based applications, focusing on user-facing functionality, workflow and matter management systems, API integration, and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom web-based applications, with approximately 50% of the work focused on new development and 50% on enhancing existing systems

Build user-facing functionality in a primarily front-end focused environment, with an approximate 70% front-end and 30% back-end development split

Enhance and support a core workflow and matter management system, including addressing a backlog of feature requests, changes, and application improvements

Consume and integrate APIs, with opportunities to contribute to existing custom APIs as needed

Use modern development practices and AI-assisted tools for activities such as code generation and code review

Preferred

experience with frameworks such as Blazor, Angular, or React is valuable

experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is a plus but not required

Qualifications

2-5 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong foundation in web application development

Experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web development technologies

Experience consuming APIs and an understanding of how front-end applications interact with back-end services and data

Working knowledge of T-SQL, Microsoft Azure, Visual Studio or VS Code, and software development best practices

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical projects to non-technical audiences

Experience with frameworks such as Blazor, Angular, or React is valuable

Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is a plus but not required

2-5 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong foundation in web application development.
