Job description
RCT Systems is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support a technical development program for government entitlement, identity and access management, authentication and authorization, and digital policy systems. The role modernizes legacy applications and builds secure, reliable cloud-based systems using Java, Angular, AWS, ETL, and related technologies.
Responsibilities
Modernize and maintain legacy applications
Build Java/Spring Boot REST APIs
Develop Angular/TypeScript front ends
Work with AWS/EC2 and Linux command line
Develop custom ETL solutions
Use Elasticsearch
Perform unit testing, Selenium automation, and peer code reviews
Work in Agile/Scrum
Collaborate with technical teams and mentor junior developers
Create technical documentation and troubleshoot complex technical issues
