Salesforce Developer

Info Services is seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to build, customize, and enhance Salesforce solutions for healthcare business processes. The role focuses on Health Cloud implementations, Apex and Lightning Web Components development, integrations, and collaboration with business and distributed technical teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements

Work extensively with Salesforce Health Cloud to support healthcare-related business processes and applications

Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex

Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Perform Salesforce configuration and development, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and other platform capabilities as needed

Translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions

Participate in integrations and data-related activities within the Salesforce ecosystem

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce application issues

Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes

Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, product owners, and other technical teams

Work effectively with offshore development teams, providing technical guidance, coordination, and support

Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities

Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with healthcare-specific Salesforce implementations and workflows

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs

Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD processes

Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus

Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer

Previous experience working in the healthcare industry

Strong development experience with:

Salesforce development and customization

Experience working with distributed/onshore and offshore development teams

Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and the Salesforce platform

Ability to analyze requirements and independently develop effective Salesforce solutions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salesforce Platform Developer certification is required
