Network Engineer

Responsibilities

Implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure

Ensuring reliable connectivity across LAN/WAN environments as well as collaboration with senior engineers on design and optimization

Configure devices such as routers, switches and firewalls

Monitor network performance, resolve and troubleshoot any connectivity issues across technologies including VLANs, routing protocols, and other network security controls

Traveling to remote locations to perform network installations

Expertise in Information Assurance (IA) NIST standard code

IAT level II 8579 Compliant Certification

Active top secret security Clearence

CCNA or JNCIA certification with mid-level experience of network design and development as well as firewall experience
