Data Analyst III - Consulting

GHX is a healthcare business and data automation company. The Data Analyst III - Consulting role supports healthcare supply chain consulting engagements by analyzing customer and transaction data, developing reports, and delivering insights that improve onboarding, adoption, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyze and reconcile customer account data across systems, identifying duplicates, unmatched records, and data quality issues

Analyze purchasing activity, transaction volumes, and customer connectivity to support onboarding plans and prioritization

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards measuring customer onboarding, transaction acceptance, adoption, utilization, and exceptions

Prepare analytical summaries, presentations, and other project deliverables for multiple concurrent engagements

Collaborate with internal teams to validate data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reporting issues

Support data analysis and reconciliation for system implementations, integrations, migrations, and business transitions

Analyze customer contact and outreach data, including registration progress and communication results

Communicate analytical findings to internal stakeholders and present results to customers when appropriate

Standardize reporting templates, document analytical methods, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency

Preferred

2-3 years of experience within the healthcare industry

Ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups, including healthcare providers, suppliers, distributors, and group purchasing organizations

Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) business models and their application in business operations and process improvement

Customer-focused approach

Adaptability and flexibility to support multiple projects simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills

Knowledge of e-commerce concepts

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, reporting, or a related field

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain findings to technical and nontechnical audiences

Excellent attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and ability to manage competing priorities

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation

Experience analyzing large or complex data sets and identifying actionable insights

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

2-3 years of experience within the healthcare industry
