Job description
Robert Half is recruiting for a contract Data Entry Clerk role supporting accurate and efficient record management. The role involves entering, reviewing, verifying, organizing, and updating information using computer systems, office software, and database tools.
Responsibilities
Enter numeric and text-based information into computer systems with a high level of speed and accuracy
Review source documents carefully and update records to ensure information is complete, consistent, and properly formatted
Maintain organized digital files and support data tracking activities for internal teams
Verify entered information by checking for errors, missing details, and duplicate records before final submission
Handle recurring data processing tasks while meeting productivity expectations and quality standards
Use office software and database tools to manage, retrieve, and update information as needed

Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar administrative support role
