Job description
Bhired is recruiting for an unnamed growing healthcare organization. The Research & Development Specialist supports strategic expansion by researching market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and industry developments, then translating findings into actionable insights for leadership.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research and assess opportunities for expansion
Evaluate partnership opportunities with healthcare providers and referral sources
Analyze reimbursement structures, regulatory trends, and industry developments
Research licensing, enrollment, accreditation, and compliance requirements across various markets
Review and interpret regulations, policies, and operational guidelines
Cross-reference information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and compliance
Gather, organize, and present research findings to leadership teams
Develop reports, recommendations, and implementation plans for new initiatives
Collaborate with operations and leadership to support strategic decision-making
Preferred
Background in healthcare, compliance, operations, business analysis, or research preferred
