Account Analyst - (NYIB)

Accurate Personnel is hiring an Accounting Analyst for an unnamed client in Islandia, NY. The role supports accounting operations through reporting, purchase order oversight, invoice payment verification, and related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports

Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC

Complete the 3-way matching verification for the payment process of invoices

Order office products for DC and become the main contact for these vendors

Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line

Administrative Office directives

Extensive data entry projects

Other duties as assigned
