Job Details: Job Location: Miami FL - Miami, FL, Salary Range: Undisclosed, POSITION PURPOSE:
Under direct Finance VP supervision, lead the Finance Transformation Program, including, but not limited to, driving improvements in reporting, budgeting, and planning processes; implementing efficiency and productivity initiatives across all finance functions; advancing data modeling and analytics capabilities in collaboration with the Data & Analytics (D&A) team; standardizing financial processes across the organization; enhancing management reporting; and providing executive decision-support insights. This role will serve as a key contributor to the Finance AI adoption journey, helping transform the Finance organization into a digital-driven function.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and coordinate the Finance Transformation Program, ensuring initiatives are aligned with strategic business objectives and finance priorities.
Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and operating efficiency across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Finance Operations, Controllership and other finance functions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, simplification, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization.
Support the redesign and standardization of finance processes, policies, and reporting frameworks across the organization.
Enhance management reporting packages for executive leadership and Board-level audiences.
Analyze financial and operational performance trends, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommendations for management action.
Partner with the Data & Analytics (D&A) team to advance finance data architecture, reporting capabilities, and analytical solutions.
Act as a key contributor to the Finance AI adoption strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
