  • Monitor business performance and investigate variances, anomalies, and emerging trends; provide recommendations and escalate significant issues as appropriate.
  • Gather, organize, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to support recurring reporting requirements and ad hoc business analyses.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) used to evaluate financial and operational performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support departmental and business decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, define reporting requirements, and provide analytical support.
  • Consult with business partners to understand operational objectives and deliver analysis that supports business priorities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance management processes.
  • Prepare financial presentations, reporting packages, and supporting materials for management and leadership review.
  • Present financial analysis and findings to management and stakeholders, clearly communicating assumptions, risks, and results.
  • Assist with financial analysis, due diligence activities, and modeling support for Corporate Development initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate recurring activities, and leverage AI-enabled and analytics tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to reporting processes, data quality, and analytical workflows.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, data governance standards, and quality assurance practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with finance teams, business partners, and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Manage multiple assignments and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and service expectations.
  • Supports broader team and enterprise goals by proactively contributing to initiatives outside of core responsibilities.
